Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InBuddy. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

InBuddy provides travel guides, translation, map tools, AI travel assistance, optional human concierge requests and access to eSIM data plans. Features and availability may change, and some features require an internet connection, permission or compatible device.

Travel information

Guides, translations, maps and AI responses are provided for general assistance. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Verify important information such as immigration rules, transport times, addresses, medical guidance, safety instructions, prices and legal requirements with an authoritative source. InBuddy is not an emergency service.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not use the service to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale or bypass quotas and payment controls. You may delete a signed-in account in the app.

Payments and refunds

Prices and the item or service being purchased are shown before payment. eSIM plans, concierge requests and other real-world services may have different fulfilment and refund conditions. A third-party cost, such as a ticket, hotel, meal or delivery charge, is separate unless the checkout says otherwise. Contact support@inbuddy.ai promptly if fulfilment fails.

eSIM plans

An eSIM requires a compatible, unlocked device and should be installed while reliable internet access is available. Coverage, speed, fair-use limits, validity and activation rules depend on the selected plan and network partner. eSIM plans provide data unless the plan explicitly says otherwise; they do not normally replace your main phone number.

Human concierge

Availability, scope and price are shown in the app. A concierge may contact a third party or help complete the described task, but cannot guarantee that a restaurant, hotel, carrier, merchant or public authority will agree or perform. You remain responsible for approving purchases and decisions.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. InBuddy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party acts, network outages or decisions made solely from app content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the effective date here. Material changes may also be communicated in the app. Questions can be sent to support@inbuddy.ai.
