Delete your InBuddy account

Open InBuddy and go to You → Settings → Delete account. Read the confirmation and choose Delete account. The deletion is permanent.

If you cannot access the app, email support@inbuddy.ai from the address attached to the account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.

What is deleted

The deletion process removes the account and its associated profile, sessions, preferences, app conversations, support records, referral records and other user-linked application data, subject to the limited retention below.

What may be retained

Records required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute handling or compliance may be retained for the period required by law. Transaction records may be retained without keeping them available as an active app account.
